For many Soldiers, the Leg Tuck event on the ACFT is the most difficult due to the grip, pulling, and core strength required to complete one repetition. With this program I took the time to create what I believe to be the most effective workouts dedicated solely to improving your strength in those three areas: grip, pulling, and core. The workouts in this program are intended to be added into an already scheduled workout, either in the beginning, middle, or the end.
