Success in anything is achieved through consistent action and with this program you will be consistently working the lifting movements that have proven to guarantee strength results. Squat, Bench, and Deadlift, worked repeatedly will help you gain the upper and lower body strength you desire. The supersets at the end of each workout will add in hypertrophy to help develop and grow muscle while you are also developing strength. I have created the “Back to the Basics” program to guarantee strength improvement over these 4x weeks. In this 14 week strength training program you will find: - 4x workouts each week focused on some variation of Squat, Bench, and Deadlift with supersets that focus on upper body or lower body alternating each workout. As well as maintaining focus on developing and improving Muscular Endurance - 3x Rest Days to properly reset and recover the central nervous system and muscles. - CHALLENGING and FUN workouts that will not exceed an hour, minimizing your time spent working out and maximizing your time spent doing whatever it is you want or need to do that day. . I personally followed my “Back to the Basics” program for four months and in that time gained 18 pounds of muscle while increasing my squat, bench, and deadlift PRs.
